We loved the hotel's convenient location close to the harbour where most activities start. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent with harbour view. Great hotel facilities with a rooftop pool, bar, and bike rental. Staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the Galapagos Islands. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the harbor, making it convenient for all the exciting excursions and ferries. The staff were amazing and spoke excellent English. They were always accommodating and went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. I also loved the complimentary use of bicycles, which allowed me to explore Puerto Ayora easily.
